1 1/2 cup blueberry

1/2 banana

Bunch of spinach

1 cup greek yogurt or 1 scoop protein powder

1/4 cup oats

1 tbsp coconut oil

6 oz unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

Throw everything in a blender, Add Ice and blend at medium speed.
